What are natural numbers?
Natural numbers are the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and so on. They’re called “natural” because they’re the kinds of numbers we use in everyday life. When someone asks you how old you are or how many brothers and sisters you have, they’re probably expecting you to give them a natural number as an answer.
